In 2017, the Young Leaders Academy entered into a strategic partnership with the world-renowned Growing Leaders Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia in the USA. Growing Leaders is a non-profit organisation that serves public schools, universities, and civic organisations. Their mission is to develop young leaders who will transform society.

Dr. Tim Elmore, the founder, developed the best-selling Habitudes® Leadership Curriculum. Habitudes® are images that form leadership habits and attitudes. They combine images, relatable stories, and experiences into leadership development curriculum and lesson plans that resonate with today's young adults, equipping them to navigate through life's challenges and opportunities.
